A dining table designed for a luxurious contemporary apartment in central London.  

A special log of ‘pippy oak’ was selected for this project. This rare affectation of the oak tree, named because of its interesting random patterns of small knots, creates a striking table top especially when accentuated with the white oil finish used here. 

Low backed dining chairs have been specifically designed to complement the oval table and to add to the contemporary feel. Each chair has been upholstered using traditional coil-sprung construction and finished with nickel close-nails.
